Standard Orders (Fashion / Apparel) We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number.

Print-on-Demand Items Our fashion pieces are made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues — please check our size guide carefully before ordering. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost.

Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads) Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded, as permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).

Food Products For health and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
