1. About Us OMOAYO is a Modern African Diaspora Lifestyle Brand operated by OMO AYO IRELAND AB, based in Ireland. We sell print-on-demand fashion, African-inspired food products, and digital cultural goods via omoayo.com.
2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or placing an order on omoayo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
3. Products & Availability
- Fashion (Print-on-Demand): Items are made to order. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and production processes.
- Food Products: Subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw food items without notice.
- Digital Products: Delivered electronically. All sales are final once accessed or downloaded.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.
5. EU Consumer Rights If you are based in the EU or Ireland, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible physical goods from the date of delivery, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right does not apply to made-to-order items, perishable food, or accessed digital content.
6. Intellectual Property All content on omoayo.com — including designs, imagery, text, and branding — is the property of OMOAYO and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, OMOAYO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
